A highly motivated, eager to learn, creative, and organized individual with great people and communication skills. You’re a highly resourceful problem solver, a fast learner with a "can do" attitude, and have high written and spoken proficiency in both English and Hebrew.
And, you have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, looking to utilize your skills to build effective processes from end-to-end.
You will have overall administrative responsibilities, coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with all company policies.
You’re a focal point, creating and tracking orders across all vendors including office equipment, communication, refreshments, cleaning services, etc, while also assisting employees with requirements or issues, supporting HR, as well as scheduling, time management, and in-office meeting room accommodations.
