Who You Are
You are a Web Designer in heart and soul. You make little notes to yourself every time you see a new page. Because let’s face it, you have ideas to make it better. You have experience with Webflow because that’s the perfect tool you need to bring your design to life. You are a self-learner and a thinker, focusing on the details while not losing sight of the big picture. Empathy is a strong driving force in your thinking process.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with multiple dynamic tech startups in an iterative design process. You’ll dive into the technologies and problems they are solving, how they are solving them, and who their customers are. Using your Webflow expertise, you’ll translate their story and value propositions into beautifully designed and fully functional websites. Along the way, you’ll collaborate internally with Polar’s web design team leads, visual and product designers.

Requirements
- B.A in design from a known academic institute
- Experience in designing for Web
- Figma is your design tool of choice
- Webflow knowledge and experience
- Adobe Creative Suite control
- High level of English
- An amazing portfolio that includes web design projects
